Do you accept returns or refund requests?

No, all sales are final & non-refundable.

Are the machines brand new?

All units are brand new, & factory sealed in the box. All Bitmain S19/S19j products come with a 365-day factory warranty, and Bitmain KS3's come with 180 days Warranty.

Where do you ship the miners from?

We are a US company based in Dallas, Texas, with American bank accounts & American employees. We ship worldwide & as such, all stock ships out of our Hong Kong warehouse.

How long does shipping take?

We use UPS Ground (2-4 days) or UPS International from Hong Kong (5-7 days). However, international delivery time can be longer, due to logistics or customs events & backlogs that are out of our control.

Will I have to pay customs duty?

For USA clients, duties are covered within our quoted price, and 28Hashrate handles all logistics. For larger orders (8+ units), please reach out prior to purchase via the Customer Support page.

What payment methods do you accept?

For payment, we accept crypto (USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH) and Bank Wire (USD). Select your preferred method at checkout, and you will receive payment instructions in the invoice attached to your order confirmation email.

For international orders, the fastest & most efficient way to get your order processed & shipped, is always going to be crypto (USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH).

Why don’t you accept credit cards or Paypal?

In general, ASIC sales websites do not take credit cards because payment processors will not work with us due to the volatile nature of the crypto space. This is out of our control. 

What are your order cancelation terms?

Our terms are very simple & listed on the checkout page, all order payments are due within 12 hours of checkout. If your payment is not submitted by this time, you risk your order being cancelled.

What happens if my miner arrives faulty?

This can happen, and when it does, we understand it’s frustrating. At 28Hashrate, our responsibility is to deliver you brand new sealed units, so if a miner arrives faulty, buyers are responsible to take up the issue with the manufacturer & open a repair ticket to utilize the factory warranty.

There are no repair costs for any units under warranty. Buyers will only be responsible for shipping costs, which we will reimburse.

What about warranty?

All new Bitmain S19's come with a 365 day warranty, and Bitmain KS3 come with 6 Months. An advantage to purchasing Bitmain products is that they have a repair center stateside in New Hampshire.

Technical FAQ

Does the S19j Pro come with a power supply?

The S19j series comes with the power supply built in, but does not come with the power cables. Heres a link where you can get them. 

Do you provide any after sale support, troubleshooting, or repairs?

No all repair requests should be done through the manufacturer. However, we'd be more than happy to help troubleshoot. Contact us under customer support.

What electrical cable and plug come with the KD5 and do I need to purchase my own?

You need to purchase your own power cables. The cable it comes with is for the 220v outlets. You will need to get a USA C19 cable.
